Irish Wheelchair Association - Skills Development Programme
The IWA runs QQI courses for people with physical and sensory disabilities. The courses provide students with the necessary confidence, skills, knowledge and attitude to develop and pursue their own goals. Participants are encouraged and facilitated to explore all aspects of their lives through individual learning plans. Modules are based on the training needs of the participants; programmes can include Communications, Computers, Career Preparation, Internet Skills, Personal Development and many more. Programmes are delivered on a part - time basis.
